Don't know about you, Doron, but most of us love expedition - it gives villages a chance to get to know each other and it gives us a chance to get away from Mersea for a few days and for me, expedition was one of the best bits of camp, even if I did have to sleep on the floor...

She would like to appologise for the delay in getting the discs out.

Paul had a trip to Pyrenees shortly after International and took the photos with him to work on, on his return Mersea Island Festival started and Shirley has been very busy running this.

Shirley sent the final picture cd off last week for copying and it is due back soon, unfortunately there is a postal strike on at the moment.

As soon as the discs come in Shirley will be sending them out to everyone who ordered them.

Again sorry for the delays but hopefully it will be worth the wait.

Hosts no longer exist as such, they have been replaced by the Service Team, however we do allow young people from the UK to come along as individuals as well but they must pay the same individual price.

Prices for next years camp should appear on the Join Us pages soon so keep checking. I will also try to post details on the guestbook as well as in the next newsletter.

I was watching the video and I wanted cry seeying people I met last year.

BUT DON'T CRY FOR ME!!!! I'LL GO TO CELEBRATE THE ANIVERSARY!!!! ESPERANZA WILL BE IN IC 2008!!!! And SUPRISE!! my brother (15 years old now) will come with me :DDDDDDD It'll be the best camp ever (and 2009 will be better than 2008, 2010 will be better than 2009 ;) always improving).

OOOOOOOOHHHH I REALLY MISS YOUUUUU!!!! All of you and I'll never forget my first year in IC.

Most importantly the Members registration and login is now working, no features have been enabled yet but the photo gallery and news/event system will be running very soon.

Other new members features will be added as I get the chance. Let us know what you think and if you have any suggestions.

I have posted a list of all village names throughout the years starting with 1993 which is when village names started to become more inventive and made up, I will be adding the ID badges as well as village photos if I have them. If you have any scans of village photos throughout the year then please email them to me and I will add them too.

For those with Google Earth I have placed a link to Mersea on the About Camp pages, let us know other useful Google Earth links and I can add those into the links page.

RSS feeds are now available for those who wish to keep up to date with news and events.
