I am so please that you and your friend have decided to come and stay with us for 2 weeks! It's the best 2 weeks of the summer you will ever have!

You will meet so many new cool people and make a lot of new friends.

If you want to learn more about camp then take a look through the website as there's a lot of information on there. We do so much during our 2 weeks that it's difficult to put it all on one message.

There are sports, Parties, trips, activites concerts, weird and wonderful food... you will love it.

Is there anything specific that you wanted to know?

The person who will apply individually, does s/he will be accepted after filling the application form? Does s/he need to make the payment at the beginning or can it be after the person will be accepted..
Will you provide all documentation, that will be needed for Visa?
Can two persons join this camp as a group?
If there will be 12 participants, the group leader participation is free, just the leader will have to pay for the tickets cost of flight, isn't it?
Will you need the profile, support from our organization? that we will be the sending organization for participants.. Are there other participants from Georgia?

Anyway, here are some qestions.
first, I am planning to go there by myself I am not gonna take Korean agency which Phill gave us. Cuase they charge too much than its own price. I wonder if there any person who can come air port for me. Of course I will pay for pickup fee.

Second, I am not really good at English skills. I am so worried about communication. How many Korean will be there? Can u expect ? or u just can say about last year.

Third, when do i have to pay for the camp fee untill?

Fourth, I guess I am going to live in tent, and how can I do wash laundary and taking shower? Is there hot water???

Untill here, my questions are done.
I hope I can get answer soon.

I am pleased that you would like to come along to camp - it's really the best two weeks ever!

The guy that your sister spoke to was Phil Ager, he is the camp's event coordinator - he is the person you need to speak to if you would like to come to camp.

As for the airport pick-up, we do sometimes do pick-ups from airports but I don't think we would be able to do it for just one person. if you send Phil your flight details then I am sure he will be able to tell you if we have anyone else coming into the airport at that time who you could ride with.

You do not need to worry about your english (even though it is very good as far as I can see). There are so many different languages at camp every year and no one ever has difficulties with communicating. We all manage to have fun together even if we don't speak the same language.

There have been Korean's at camp for the last few years and I'm sure they will be coming again this year - speak to Phil if you want to know more - but you're english is very good so you will be fine with communication.

As for payment, ask Phil, I am not sure of the rules for this.

You will be sleeping in a tent but they are large tents and kepp you warm at night as long as you bring your sleeping-bag with you. Washing your clothes is fine because there is a laundry on site which you can use for £1.

There are 2 sets of showers at camp and they both have hot water. The hot water does sometimes run out in the morning if you don't shower early enough though haha. there are 250 people at camp after all.

I hope this answers some of your questions. I will be a village leader at camp this year so maybe you will end up in my village :)

Yes of course you can come - everyone is welcome. you will need to send in your application form that you can find on the webiste. You can come as an individual, as many people do, or you can get a group of friends together and come as a group.

Normally you have to be at least 16 before you can come to camp. If you come as part of a group then that rule is sometimes relaxed but if you want to come on your own then perhaps you will need to wait until next year.
